SHIPPING
Most orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Credit card orders are not charged until your order has been shipped.
Orders are normally shipped via UPS ground service. At our option, we may sometimes use another carrier. Shipping rates are dependent on the weight and size of the item and your location. Shipping charges within the contenental United States will be calculated at checkout, and you may see an estimate of these charges by entering your zip code after adding one or more products to your shopping cart. For shipment outside the continental U.S., or if expedited shipping is required, please contact us for a rate quote, and to place your order.
TRACKING
A tracking number will be e-mailed to you within 1 business day following the completion of your order.
BACKORDERS
Occasionally, a product listed as available for sale will be “sold out” or on back-order from the manufacturer, or otherwise unavailable. While we try hard to avoid this, if it does happen, we will notifiy you within 1 to 2 business days, to provide you with an estimated delivery date for the back-ordered product, or to give you other available options, if applicable. In all cases, if the fulfillment of your order will be delayed, you will be have the option of continuing or canceling the order with us.
