Return Policy

ONE-YEAR WARRANTY RETURN POLICY

Every product listed for sale on our site is covered under a full one-year warranty. If any product purchased from us is failing to perform as intended by the manufacturer within one year of the date purchased, please contact customer support, to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#), and further instructions on how to proceed. You must obtain an RA# from customer support prior to returning the item for warranty service. Warranty returns can only be accepted with a previously-issued RA#.

14-DAY LIMITED RETURN POLICY

Non-warranty returns will be accepted within 14 days of purchase, and are limited to unopened products only; custom and special order products are specifically excluded and may not be returned. Non-special order products, in the unopened, original packaging, may be returned for refund or exchange. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and there will be a restocking fee of 15-25% depending on the item. Contact customer support to receive a Non-Warranty Return Authorization Number, and complete details and instructions. Returned items will not be accepted without a previously-issued RA#.
