WARRANTY RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Customer satisfaction is our chief goal, and we only sell reliable, quality products from respected manufacturers! Every product we sell is covered against damage in delivery as well as manufacturing defects for a minimum of 90 days from the date of purchase; For many purchases, applicable factory warranties extend that coverage for up to a year or even more. If any product purchased from us is received damaged, or is defective, or in any way fails to perform as intended by the manufacturer, within the applicable coverage period as noted above, contact us as soon as possible to let us know. We will replace or repair the product, or else, at our option, issue you a full refund. For all such returns, contact customer support to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#), and further instructions on how to proceed. You must obtain an RA# from customer support prior to returning the item. Returns will not be accepted without an RA#.
This policy specifically excludes damage occurring after receipt of the product, damage due to improper handling, installation or use of the product, or any other event or occurrance deemed to be a violation of the product's intended usage, handling or operating instructions and/or warranty as provided by the manufacturer. GoodBetterBestAudio.com cannot be held responsible for any incidental costs that may be incurred in connection with defective or returned products, including installation, removal or reinstallation costs, shipping charges, and temporary loss of use.
14-DAY LIMITED "ANY-REASON" RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Non-warranty returns of unopened products in the original packaging will also be accepted within 10 days of your receipt of the product. So if you ordered the wrong version/size/color of a product, or even if you just changed your mind, contact our customer service department to arrange for the prompt return and exchange or refund of your purchase.
Special order products are specifically excluded and may not be returned for refund or exchange (except for warranty issues, of course). Only non-special order products, in the unopened, original packaging, will be accepted for refund or exchange. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and a restocking fee of 15-25% of the purchase price may be applied to all non-warranty returns. Contact customer support to receive a return authorization number (RA#), and complete instructions for return of the product. Returned items cannot be accepted without an RA#.
