These high-definition extended sub-bass woofers deliver subwoofer bass and reference quality midrange at the same time. These speakers can be used as a pure subwoofer, or as a pure mid-woofer with top results.
Sensitivity is slightly lower than traditional midrange speakers, as is characteristic of subwoofers in general. But the slight trade-off in dynamics comes with the advantage that one speaker can replace two, with excellent results, particularly in smaller-car installations.
